Haven offers therapy groups at various times throughout the year. Below is a list of current and/or upcoming groups at Haven:

Are you or someone you know looking for extra support?
Join Haven’s group for teens that will provide a support network for every members’ problems and challenges.
Common challenges that may bring someone to group:
- change and growth
- coping skills
- Managing stress and anxiety
- An opportunity to connect with others
